House rules are pretty simple and of coarse, fishing licenses are required as on all Texas Public Waters for anyone fishing over the age of 17. For Black Bass, at Old Settlers Pond an 18" minimum and a catch limit of 3 per day. At Meadows a 14" minimum and 5 per day.

On the Round Rock lakes, you are allowed the use of paddles and electric trolling motors only. No gasoline motors of any kind are allowed. No vehicles, cars, trucks, etc.. are allowed on Park grounds at any time for any reason.

Over in Cedar Park, you are not allowed any motors of any kind, what so ever. Only paddles and to me, this might be a voting issue that needs to be addressed.
